UPS - United Parcel Service:
Our standard shipping method within the continental USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, is UPS, which takes about 3-7 Business days delivery from shipping date.
Other options include UPS 2 Day service, 2 Business days delivery, UPS Next Day service and 1 Business day delivery.
Shipping costs may differ for packages shipped Internationally and outside of the continental USA. DigitalDepotOnline.com will contact you with the exact shipping costs after you place your order.
A signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt.
UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes (can only be shipped via US Postal Service)
Please note that ground shipping orders takes 7-10 business days to be processed.
Returns for: Exchanges & Store credits
Returns are accepted for 30 days from the date the merchandise is delivered to you for exchange only or a store credit.
No refunds on sales packages, discounted items and final sale purchases.
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all included accessories, manuals, documentation and blank warranty cards.

All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 10% and loss of shipping, handling & insurance.

Please inspect your delivery carefully. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. UPS and USPS Claims (lost and stolen packages) can take up to 2-3 weeks.
Refunds will be issued within 7 Business Days from time of Return merchandise. For non sale items only.
Delivery charges are not refundable. If an order with free shipping promotion is returned, UPS and delivery charges would be deducted from the refund amount of the return.
